What is a mortgage?

It is the act of putting something of value into a position wherein when the need arises will be placed under the disposal of on whichever it has been pledge to. A patriot would gladly pledge his life for the safety of his country and in the case of borrowers, a property that has been pledge as an assurance for repaying a loan has no choice but to turn over the pledged property to lender in the case that he fails to meet up the demands of repaying the loan.

Make sure that there is no blind spot left that you do not understand before going into this aspect.
